Two of the top hotel management schools in the nation are Cornell University and the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. These universities offer bachelor's degree programs in hotel administration. 2. University of Nevada - Las Vegas

The University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV) was listed as a top 200 college in the western region by Forbes.com in 2014. The Harrah Hotel College at UNLV is located in the heart of the hotel and hospitality industry in downtown Las Vegas. The B.S. in Hotel Administration program offers several majors, including hospitality management.
